I received a phone call from my husband today stating that the realtor had just called him and the closing date has been set for next Thursday! WHAT? I thought we still had a month till closing and then another 30 days to move out. Apparently the buyers loan has been approved faster than anticipated. I am in full panic mode!
With everything happening so fast with the buyers, we need to kick it in high gear to get our new house going! We need to finalize colors, finalize any additional options we would like to add to our house, so we can submit the order to the factory next week! The home has to be drawn by the draftsman, approved by the factory, and submitted to the state for state approval!
We still need to purchase the land, find a contractor, set up our next meeting with the mortgage broker to be approved for the loan, oh yea and pack our entire house!
That need for boxes is way more important today! Looks like this weekend will be spent packing up what we can live without! (which my three year old believes is nothing of hers!)
